Through onboarding and leading Casper’s first team of digital product designers, I helped shape company-wide goals and process by proving the importance of data-driven design decisions and design thinking. Substantially increasing online conversion and refreshing the brand’s visual language across all touchpoints.


Worked closely with the engineering team to re-launch Casper.com on a new content management system. In doing so, we tested into a much more guided purchase journey and streamlined checkout experience.

The creation of Casper’s Design System established a reusable style and component library and a much more efficient workflow for all teams.
