A long-term relationship was built with Kate Spade which gave me the opportunity to eventually completely re-design a new build of katespade.com. After several rounds of prototyping and testing, we delivered a much more streamlined shopping and checkout experience resulting in an exponential increase in on-site conversion. New features were also designed and implemented that helped define an omni-channel strategy for the Kate Spade team. In addition to the redesign, we created a product customization tool, along with the architecture of a custom CMS for content pages within the e-commerce experience.
